First off I sincerly apologize to Edward for any problems he may be having. However I have never received a single voicemail or e-mail from him regarding any of this. I knew nothing about it's all news to me. My e-mail is pretty self explanatory russell@300zx.com and my extension here at Z1 is 301. I do feel my employees keep me fairly well informed of problems or if someone is trying to reach me. If you just call here and ask for me, yes you will often get a reply that I am busy because I usually am. However they always give the option of transferring to my voicemail if requested. Did you try to resolve the issue with anyone else here. Did you tell anyone else about these problems? This whole thing is very confusing to me. I am not the only one at Z1 willing and able to help. Did you ask anyone for help or let anyone know about any of this? If so can you tell me who it was? This is all really hard for me to accept right now. I need more details so I can keep this from happening in the future.We will be more than happy to fix all the problems to your satisfaction at your conveinence. This is really distressing for me. I am so sorry and I can assure you we will make it all right. I just need to be given an opportunity before this kind of stuff happens. The forum being messed up and not allowing me to reply for all this time has set me into a panic. Please contact me first thing in the morning.
